Returns
- Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.
How to Initiate a Return

- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges

Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Original Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
